As today is International Women’s Day, I ordered flowers and gifts from their website for a significant woman in my life. The order was supposed to be delivered today between 12 and 3 PM, but it hasn’t yet arrived despite my email confirming delivery’s completion.
My order number is #BV23148230, and their call centre number is unanswered.
I paid 1,249 and am now looking for a reimbursement as well as compensation.
Please take a look into this situation because the behaviour is so disrespectful.
