I had loaded Rs 30,000 in my card on 6th July 2018. Still I have not received my money in my card. MY ID- BVPL68549172

Same issue for me but amount is differ. The customer care team simply not at all responding properly, moreover they are telling lies and they are disconnecting the call.
They cheated me for Rs.6000/- since 45 days
my cousin also have same problem with Rs.8000/- more than 4 months.
mine is 6000rs pending since 4 months
