i have ordered item which was disaster quality so i asked customer care to exchange it.they said that they dont have pick up facility i have to courier it will adjust courier charges with next product..i did it again product came with poor quality exactly opposite to image shown by them…3 times i did n finally stuck on the product n asked them to adjust my courier charges,this time they said that courier charges will be adjust above 1500 rs orden n above also not with this order..it will affect in next order…fake product…pls do not buy from here anything

Worst site worst service….i have ordered a dress for which they sent me a dress of different size.When i called them, they asked me to return the product and will resend that of the size i orderd. They simply kept quiet after receiving the product. When i again called them after 2 months, they asked me to place another order in exchange of it. I have orderd another product for which they said that my order is placed but still i didn’t receive anything. When i have contacted them again after 10 days, they said that the product is out of stock. Later i have orderd a lehenga which was shown with blue colour blouse and half white colour lehenga with max blue colour print on it in their site. But I received the product with black colour blouse and dupatta along with half white colour lehenga with green colour print and could not even find black colour on lehenga anywhere. Why these people bluff customers? Aren’t they having any shame for giving such idiotic value to customer’s money
worst company no return policy they don’t even respond,i have ordered lehenga , its very worst,its like 100 rs material, bloody company ……
They dont even talk to their customers neither giving back my money. What you did?
