I have booked a samsung power bank 20800. But the product seems used by someone. Very next day it is failed to work. 20800 mah powerbank can not charge 2000 mah battery. Now it is totally out of order. It is an arrogant company. I tried to call customer care , but no one answer. In future, I would not book any product from this sight, even they offered free product.
