My daughter purchased mobile from bookmyphone site. The mobile received is different and looks like duplicate. Hence I called the customer care No. the person asking me please give me account details hence I told him refund my money to account from which you get prepaid amount. He stared abusive to me. Do whatever you have to do. I will not give money. He did not told his name and also location. The mobile I received from Bookmyphone Sadar Bazar, Idgah Colony, Agra, Uttar Pradesh. I was searching for refurbished mobiles in google, that time I saw bookmyphone.in next searched for reviews, I saw your complaint in search results. Purchase only from amazon flipkart snapdeat eBay etc etc branded sites 99% they are 99% guaranteed sites
