I had booked flat in 2009 in park elite floor till 2012 they had taken around 50 percent of money now in 2015 they are saying tje land is in dispute and we can give you money back or transfer to other active unit but with today effective price i am very depressed by this behaviour .. of bptp its a fraud company ..please if some body facing same problem.
