Purchased “SUMMER CARGO PANTS | SOFT & LIGHT WEIGHT” (Pair of Trousers) from brand fusion via Order #62580 dt. 30.09.2023. They have sent a wrong item i.e. a Shirt in packed in multiple plastic bags and each having different name and addresses sticker pasted on it. The call centre number mentioned on the site is not working and customer care email address is not responding to the emails shared 3 times.
Totally a fraudulent company and scamming people in the name of affordable products. the site should be bought down and people behind it to be arrested. if my order number is 62000+ it means they have duped more than 62000 customer till date and still continuing.
