On 13th august 2020 while i was going through my instagram account, i saw the add of “brandedshirt” website. i made an order of Rs. 1098/- on “brandedshirt” site. within some time i also received an order confirmation message from number “57575791”. on next day that is on 14th august 2020 i received a message that my order has been shipped from same number. but i have not received my order till today i.e. 2nd september 2020. i would like to know about the status of my order and i would also like to request for a refund the amount of rs. 1098/- which was paid by me.
