Respected sir, my name is Sanjay from Kangra himachal pradesh. Sir i placed order Num.(#6948)and paid amount of Rs.3219.72 via gpay to cashfree for my products. They told me to give response as their shipment will ready to dispatch, so today i checked mail for shipment i tried to findout status through lohin id which is generated by bridalfabs. Shopify.com but no response .it did not open.tried many time but all in vain, i paid for home applinces like oven , coffee making machine, knife set etc.sir i believe in https protocol and cashfree no forgery can happen but it is my myth, how can we nelieve in future that it will not happen again.i am a lower middle class person , this is much amount to me. So it is requested to you nedful would be done. Its may b in the shape of product or money and rest is yous. Thanks
