I purchased a ticket using the Budget Air reference number BIN-6173069.
It told me that the ticket would be forwarded to me, but I only received a booking failure email.
Between 5 to 10 days, you’ll receive your refund.
Because booking was unsuccessful, Travis’ chat box was followed up with, but there was no satisfactory resolution. Still no refund.
It’s been 2.5 months.
I received a refund of Rs. 31251.
