Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased 5000 promotional sms from www.smshorizon.co.in. If I send sms to any number they sends it twice or three time without asking me. So purchased sms drains very fast and this is completely fraud.
When I complaint them about they blame me back that I have sent messages twice. How can any person compose and send sms just in 15 seconds.
So please help to stop this kind of fraud and give us confidence that these things can be sorted out.
