This is with reference to the 12th Foundation course app taken from BYJUS. The study material received is not as per the current syllabus of the school and hence I had raised the cancellation within 7-8 days of receipt of tab which was well within the cancellation policy. Even after raising the cancellation, the EMI has been deducted. BJYUs has still not reverted to the cancellation mail and even the customer support is not helpful. They only say, the cancellation details has been forwarded and will get back to you. The Sales person Sabarinath Nair who said will help you with the cancellation if it does not suit your requirement at the time of selling this app has disappeared and is not taking calls also. BYJUs has an pathetic way of handling customer. I request you support in getiing my loan cancelled and refund of the EMI deducted from my account.
This is with reference to Byju’s the learning app, received from Byju’s employee whose id is 21819822, his name is Rohith Karre. As we paid a number of 6650rs. as an initial amount towards this app. But we r not interested in this after knowing about it.
