I had enrolled my daughter at Byjus. I had enrolled this for a 12 Month EMI. I was not happy with the course because of various reasons & hence decided to cancel her enrollment.
The promises that were made were not fulfilled. My daughter had not even attended 8 classes prior to we deciding on the cancellation. I have been following up for a cancellation for a long time now but not getting a favorable response.
I am now being harassed by the bank. I am undergoing tremendous mental pressure, agony & misery. I request the concerned authorities to intervene & resolve this matter at the earliest to which I would be greatly thankful.
I just hope no other customer/parent faces the same ordeal as I am.
