BYJU’s – CAT Premium subscription cancellation

I purchased a byjus CAT subscription on September 10, 2023, but a week later, my gov. exam results were released, and I passed the gov exam; therefore, I decided not to continue with CAT preparation. I requested that my consultant cancel my subscription and refund my money, but he failed to do so and ignored my message for four days.

When I called Byjus’ verification department, they said that if I finish the verification process, my loan service will begin, even though I had already sent a cancellation request. He then called me and said that if I wanted a refund, I would need to verify for my loan service there.

He then said to me, “You don’t have to verify for loan service, so why are you still doing that?” Your subscription will be canceled if you call the cancellation department or send a request to your consultant.

Then I sent two emails in the past eight days, but despite only providing a request number, neither their cancellation team nor they themselves got in touch with me.

They haven’t contacted me despite my tweeting about this issue on Twitter. Please revoke my subscription and issue a refund.
