I have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th and 9th standard and they have delivered on 10/12/2015. EP/BP AC NO-560023100232 and E-Biller ID was 5783.
since then it never worked. When I tried their consumer service they told with Sony Experia Z1 it wont work. Then I changed my handset to HTC 816. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and I have purchased Tab 4.

Still video was not loading, I complained and they promised to fix it and registered a complaint ticket. Finally they sent an email saying that ticket is closed since complaint attended.
