they would start resolving my issue. I have also been trying to get a mentor . But to no avail. It is tiring and irritating to keep on calling the the customer care again and again to help me solve my issues. Every-time a new ticket is generated and nothing is followed up. I feel that it is my duty to inform you what do the end customers go through, while dealing with an irresponsible customer care team, which is going against the core ethics of what you stood for, learning in an hassle free manner. Such service has led me to believe that your service is just like the other institutions (TIME, Career Launcher etc) who are loyal until they get the money out of a foolish customer.
