BYJU’s
1) BYJU’s the learning application/app removed the “account delete option”.
2) Forcing everyone to continue the use of application by calling daily.
3) They are forcing to use app against our interest.
4) When we tell them to de-register our phone number they use bad-words.
5)One more request is to tell all learning platform to use email as the source of contact not the contact number it creates a lot of issues.
6) It’s the right of everyone to de-register the account from any app or any course as per the persons interest and they don’t have any right to use BAD-WORDS with their customers.
Desirable resolution: “BYJU’s must add ‘delete account’ option”.
