I’m getting ready for a test. I enjoyed your course and Byjus’ webinar as well. Following that, I received a call from a Byjus counselor by the name of Akshit Rana (TNL21914764). He informed him that in order to receive this course (S.S.C. J.E. AND R.R.B. J.E. ), you must pay the fees of 14,000. He then offered me an EMI option and assured me that I would receive one as well.
I then paid 14K after that. Then he promised that I would receive the last EMI, but that didn’t happen. I kept calling Akshit Rana after that but he never returned my calls. Now that I don’t need the course, kindly issue a refund and ask for the return of the purchased item.
