3 4 months ago i purchase Byjus subscription for my kid 6 years old.
After 1 month i realize my son not getting properly anything and last 1 month i have health issue and i don’t go for my job and my payment not made and still i have no money to pay EMI of Byjus, so i talk with Byjus team and mail every single day but they most of the time didn’t help and many times they can’t reply your mails, i am in problems and i didn’t want to continue Byjus subscription i told to Byjus team but they didn’t help they only make fool everytime please help me i didn’t want to continue my child byjus subscription but they didn’t help.
