Hi,

I am writing this complaint to bright to attention problem i am facing with getting my incentive from Byjus.

I have resigned from the company last month and my full and final is also not done yet before that only. I get the news that the company will not be paying me any incentive for the month of Jan which clearly qualifiy for.

Its because they have changed their policy on ‘ for an employee to be eligible for incentives, he or she should be employed with the company at the time of incentive disbursal’

Well this was not the clause when i worked so hard to make that incetive. I feel cheated and helpless at such a time when the situations are so difficult.
Please consider the exception and request you to release the incentive amount i qualify for I ask for nothing else.
