Byju’s has neither refunded my money not cancelled the emi despite the fact that i didn’t recieve the product and as well as I did drop several mails to cancellation @byjus and support @byjus .com .i even called them a lot but they are not cancelling my emi and not even refunding my money that is 10000 rupees
Dear sir / mam i had purchased a course from byjus but i didn’t receive the product as because I returned the product.sir /mam i did mail to the [email protected] and [email protected] several times as well as I called their customer support number a several times but sir within their 15 day return policy but they are not refunding my money .they are not even cancelling the emi sir /mam
