Hi,
My son studying in 5th grade. I have joined him in byjus tab with emi payment class. Teachers not taking care and not checking with student so I informed consultant to cancel at beginning but he asked to check for a month and told tutor to check,

They checked by calling at weekend for 3 weeks but after that they not respond. So I informed him to cancel class, after that he not attend call then I sent mail to cancellation.

But no byjus told as they will take care of class but I don’t want to continue again. After that no response from them. But the emi payment banker call and asked to pay money, I told as going to cancel but they says as you want to pay this month and you can chance before start of next month.

So I paid that month and again requested to cancel but no response and a month passed now that emi banker says you got 35, 000 from us how can you not pay the emi and shouts in a bad manner.

For emi they told as it’s taken care from byjus but person calling saying as you got 35000 from us how can u say that cancelled and not willing to pay. They are finance company, they paid to byjus.

Byjus collect proof from me via online and got money in name of mine. It’s cheating. We given documents for payment to byjus they not informed as that lent money from other and we want to pay to them. They totally misused.

Before joining they told as for every month beginning you will receive a call to conformation to debit amount from your account, if you not wish to have a class for a month then we don’t debit.

But I have not received call like that only they as why you not maintaining balance pay money soon. I am having financial issue and not satisfied with coaching. So I don’t want to continue byjus.

Please take action and send me cancellation approval. They are cheating, I don’t want to continue emi. I have already paid 13, 000. Please help on solving the issue.
