BYJU’s
This is regarding BYJU’s. I have enrolled in BYJU’s for almost a month now. While enrolling they did make fake promises as i would be assigned a mentor who would guide me everyday on how to take my kids syllabus but there has been no mentor assigned yet, no calls from the team i have been messaging & calling BYJU’s.
There is no response to the msgs & on call they always mention that a mentor would be assigned ok immediately but that has never happened. I have an ECS for the same, i want to cancel the subscription, stop the payments & get back my initial amount of Rs. 5000.
Need all my documents back. Infact there was no confirmation call when they received my loan documents too, i was scared of it has not gone to the right place. Pathetic service. Please stop BYJU’s please Stop fooling people.
