I was unable to pay for the student’s course since I lost my job.
Although I asked them to cancel the course, they say they won’t.
However, they agreed to a customer policy stating that they would issue a partial refund if we wanted to cancel the course within 14 to 60 days.
They haven’t responded as of yet despite my requests for them to cancel the course before 60 days have passed.
Thank you.
I now don’t even have a job.
