I purchased a test series IAS 2016 prelims from byjus.com.
Even after calling for 7-8 times about refund status and mailing for a confirmation about refund process initiation, they don’t assure anything.
They are so annoying, every time i call customer care, they say it is in process.
Please beware of Byjus commercial classes. they are least bothered about students career.
