Cable Operator Complaint

Hi I M Nikesh Tayade use cable for my TV,Actually our cable operator provided a set of box of DEN and he charge me 1000rup for 800+ channel now only 30 channel are work when i asked him about that he stop that channels also,i pay him 200rup monthly charges & he is not provided any bill for that.Last 1 week my cable operator even not start any channels..pls take sum action on him…
