Only in August 2023 did we sign up with them, and to be completely honest, our experience has been terrible.

We were then put in touch with your trainer Sindhu, who was unable to address any of our concerns during the training session and advised us to speak with Roshan only for clarification.

Later, we were given Kowsalya as our account manager, who was capable of overseeing everything with the exception of a team that had just been hired. She would deflect our questions like a ping pong ball if we asked her.

When we first asked about the data quality, she advised us to contact the data center team. When we emailed them, they responded that this is what they have.
