In September 2022, a company called “CAPFLOAT” obtained a loan of Rs. 2000, which is unjustly connected to my CIBIL report.
It’s only today that I noticed this fictitious loan in my credit score while using the GPay app. I’m not aware of this loan since then, so please assist me further.
Who should I get in touch with to get this loan taken off of my CIBIL report? I appreciate your prompt consideration of this request.
