I have order a kids wear and once payment is made received a confirmation page and after that did not receive any confirmation message nor the link is working now. How to get refunded with the product?

I have ordered a kids wear and once payment is made via online mode received a confirmation page that the order number is #22397. I haven’t received any confirmation text message and now the link is not working to track the order. How to get refund of the payment or contact the customer care? Tried to open the website in different mobile but still the site isn’t getting opened. It’s says the error as “The store is unavailable”
