Good afternoon!
I booked a Careem service last Sat, Dec 30, 15:12 at (opposite) Hana Center 1 – Dubai. Obviously it should be opposite but when I called the captain, he told me he was at the back of the Carrefour (which is exactly opposite the location I had informed. He was rounding and I kept asking why he had to take turns when he can directly take the road leading directly to the direction where we are supposed to be at. But he just kept on browsing with his phone. I let it pass and just kept quiet (it was my first to ride and I did not have any idea). He told me he doesn’t have any change for a bill so he may stop by at any store to have a change. I did not realize that my waiting will be charged as well!!! That was so surprising! It took me how many minutes waiting for him to come back. And I hate to discover that I had been charged with waiting???
