Cargills Food City – Wattala Branch Wattala Near Toyota Lanka
Hi,
I visited to one of your Cargill’s Food City Branch located in Wattala near Toyota Lanka.
I saw that one of Lady Supervisor scoldings Cashiers in a very bad way. She did not stop till I leave that place. Its was very irritating to listen. Almost all the customers were standing their felt very bad. Supervisor didn’t care about customers. Atleast She could have tried to reduce her sound. But she didn’t. I never ever experienced here in Sri Lanka or any other countries in a super market.
I wish that I shouldn’t go to such a very negative place once again. I saw that casier was suffering from caugh & cold may and crying.
Please promote the people who have bit of discipline and good character. Its really sad to see your place going downward.
If you are respecting your customers please take very strong action. I do not post this incident in the social media till i get your feed back.
