I gave my car for General servicing to carz, when the mechanic investing told that there needs to do a some replacement in clutch area and after asking him what would be the final cost of the service including all the charges (spares, general service,labour charges) he said it would be around 8000/- , i agreed if the bill get close to 8000 with the discounts, now when i went to them for delivary of the car, they billed me 11300/- , and i could see the manupulations done on the job card. i was clear if that is costing only 8000/- I accepted for service, now they are changing their words and speaking very irresponsible, they dont even know how to talk to a customer , idiots with zero brains… iam still waiting for response from the Carz see authority.. yet I have not taken the delivary of the car, due to the arrogant behaviour of the on duty manager there.
