Hello my name is Tevin Walker & I’ve had an account with cash app for over 4 years . Recently my card along with my wallet where stolen from me, I made multiple reports about this incident to cash app but each time I just get denied.This incident happened on September 10, 2022 around 5pm ET, 2,000 was stolen from my account without my knowledge & for some reason cash app decided to refund me $200.00 out of the $2,000 I’m owed.Also if cash app did a full investigation they could easily see who was on camera & identify them, from the transactions alone you could indicate that suspicious activity was taking place in my account.it hurts me to go through a situation like this & know that a company I’ve been with for over 4 years has done little to help me resolve this issue. I would hate to have to close this account but that is the direction I,m leaning towards, I,m writing this as a final plea for help as a loyal customer lets figure out a solution.
