CASH WALLET Loan App
On January 18, 2023, I borrowed money from this scam app.
I was meant to pay off my debt on January 24, 2023, but this morning I got a call telling me to pay today only. Later, he said he would give me a discount if I paid partially at first and then paid the balance in full. I first agreed and paid 800 and 5600.
He called me again and demanded payment through a different upi id that wasn’t listed in their app; I refused and paid through the same upi id instead, paying a total of $7,600. Now they are harassing me from various numbers and demanding additional payment in order to stop editing my photos and sending them to my contacts.
I have filed a report with the cybercrime department on this.
