CASH WALLET Loan App
I borrowed money using the Cash Wallet app, and I received a call from a customer support representative requesting for return.
I completed the payment.
He indicated that even though you had already paid the required amount, the loan would still need to be settled.
After that, I kept receiving WhatsApp messages from various numbers asking for payback, so I sent them screenshots of my payment; they then called me to demand another payment.
Many users have previously reported this app as being completely fraudulent.
They are threatening a lot of individuals.
Since they are threatening to misuse personal information like PAN numbers, etc., it should be treated very seriously.
They even assert that they are an RBI registered firm, which is absurd.
Since many people are already in trouble, I beg the authorities to act swiftly and strictly and ban them from the app store.
