I am writing to make a complaint against Cashwallet for their unethical and harassing behavior. I applied for a loan of 2000 and provided all the required information and documents. However, I only received 1300 and was told to pay 2000. I followed their instructions and paid 2000, but now the representatives from Cashwallet are continuously harassing and torturing me to pay the 2000 again.
This behavior is unacceptable and violates the trust that I placed in Cashwallet when I applied for the loan. I demand immediate resolution of this issue and compensation for the harassment and stress that I have endured.
I hope that this complaint will be taken seriously and prompt action will be taken against Cashwallet.
