The cash wallet agent changed my account details and loan is applied from my id and amount has been transfered to some idfc account.I have places lots of complaints in the app requesting them to stop the payment but there was no reply and loan was transfered to someone elses account.I want youll to take strict action on the cash wallet agent and remove that loan amount from my name immediately. I have already reported this scam to cyber crime but youll need to check this.I need an urgent update on this.
