Application indicates that the money was disbursed on February 15th, but I haven’t seen any transactions in my bank account, and despite numerous Support and social media escalations, I haven’t heard back from the team regarding my complaint. Now, I’ve been sent a notice requiring me to repay the loan, even though I haven’t even received it.
