I created account it I’d in casino days then i deposits some money and won. After that I made a withdrawal of 12k on 21st of march 2022 I got a mail on 22th march that your withdrawal successful.

But I did not get money in my bank account after that I wait for 3-5 working day still did not get. Then chat to customer care they said we are please wait. After that I sent mail on there support email id.

They asked for bank statement if I did not receive money than I sent them my updated statement But next day they said our payment department sent money to you It was their answer. Then did many mail but there was no reply.
