I took Master Franchisee from your company by depositing a security of Rs. 15000/- (BUSINESS ASSOCIATES) on 27th November 2012 in Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX). Company’s Executive came to me as your representative he told me that the deposit is refundable.
I have applied for Master Franchises as well as my own Commodity Account. After that I received email of opening a master Franchises as well as your commodity account is activated.

2nd: AP registration from exchange and SEBI
It already gone 13 month and still I haven’t got the AP registration from exchange and SEBI. Every time they are asking about different- different type of documents for registration of AP.
After 13 months I have resend AP registration form with all documents on 04-02-2014.
However till date (11-04-2014) even after giving them many calls and reminders they hadn’t reverted.
This is to inform you that I have been trapped three Times by your executive.
3rd: I have opened a client account but this is not mapped under M551S code.
I started the franchise but the service was not consulting. ..So I no longer want to work with this company and hence want my deposit back.
I asked my security back but now they say that the deposit is not refundable and that security has been deposited as advanced brokerage.
I no longer want to work with this company and hence want Franchisee Deposit (M551S) Rs: 15000/- refunded back hope you would help me to get the issue resolved… I have mental tensions caused by them.
I am not interested in their offer and I want my money back along with interest and penalty to compensate for the agony and mental tensions caused by them.
