I’m Suman aniket, a saving account holder with central bank of india, kisan college sohsarai branch with Account no – 3402691591. On 8th march 2021, i checked my account ledger and there was a withdrawl of 8900/- from frazer road ATM, patna. I have not done any ATM transaction in patna in recent times and my ATM remains with me all the time. so i lodge a written compalin with banks on 9th march 2021 but they asked me to go file a FIR with sohsarai police station but officer incharge of sohsarai police station refused to lodge a complain. without FIR, banks will not entertain my complain. so please help me. thank you.
