Cgr Travels And Red Bus App

Because of my emergency situation I have booked CGR TRAVELS bus ticket through red bus app from Gachibowli Hyderabad to Hyderabad at 11:10 pm on 28th February 2023.
And redbus app has confirmed my ticket and showing that the bus is not crossed my boarding location till 12:30am, 1st of March.
I have been waiting at the boarding point from 11:16pm 28th February and tried calling to bus conductor number given by the redbus app but that number is switched off and in the link of live location of bus it is showing that didn’t crossed my boarding location.
At 12:10am 1st March bus conductor lifts the phone and he says that bus has already crossed my boarding location and they will refund my money.
Refund has provided but neither the bus conductor nor the redbus didn’t provide me the correct information about the bus, without knowing that bus has crossed my boarding location I have waited in the location with the mosquitoes hitting me, and I didn’t get another bus also as it is already late.
If they had provided me the any information before 12 i will get another bus, they had to provide the correct information to the passenger otherwise what is the need of paying taxes to them.
I agree that I have booked the bus ticket at the very last minute, but in redbus it is showing that it is not crossed my boarding location and suggesting me to book that bus ticket at that.
I failed to reach home, eventhough I have an emergency situation.
Responsibility is the key for every application (red bus) and travels(CGR TRAVELS) and they have to share the correct information.
