. I invested in their 34 Park Estate property in Malad two years ago, based on their promise that the flat would be delivered within 6 months. To this day, they have not given me any proper update or possession date.
They keep changing the possession date on RERA, and they’ve already taken 95% of the payment, thanks to what appears to be fraud involving their engineers and architects.
There are 92 of us connected in a WhatsApp group, all fed up with their lies. They give different answers to different buyers, and whenever we try to leave honest reviews, they get them forcibly deleted.
