4days back, I was just scrolling through Facebook and as I love to shop so Facebook gives me suggestions of different websites related to clothing. And except this particular fraudulent company every time I ordered kurti from the suggestions I was more satisfactied than expected. So, I visited their website and found very pretty designer dresses at very
affordable price. And soon I ordered a Charvitha Designer Dress With Dupatta – 456 in size S with order number CS2031 at ₹799. I made the order and made my transaction status through COD. Today I got the delivery of the product through Delhivery and made my payment.
But as soon as I opened it. I found a pale green cotton saree not even worth of ₹200. I was cheated pathetically. I want to return this worthless product and want my money back. I want my refund back. And please make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Strict steps should be taken against this company.
I am a resident of Nadia, West Bengal with pin -741121. Please help me to get my refund back.
