I ordered Charvitha Designer Dress With Dupatta – 537(code) via charvithashop.myshopify.com on 8th Dec 2021 and got it delivered by 14th Dec 2021. But the product they delivered is some old strained saree which is useless for any use.
Sent mail to the vendor immediately to the mentioned mail id with the pics attached but no response from their end. Sent mail to them almost everyday hoping for the response, but no response from them.
Please help me to get me the amount of 799 which i paid for that product. The address which is mentioned in their site is A/23-1/2, Light Office Jharnadih Dist. Bokaro Chandrapura, Bokaro Textile City, Jharkhand 828403 but came to know these people are cheating with different name using the same address only while opening this site to make a complaint.
Please help the people by closing those fraud company and their site from getting cheated. Also help the people who have been cheated by them by getting the money back from the vendor.
Also these people cheating the customers by giving good review by themselves and not accepting our negative reviews. I have given negative review for the said product in their site but that is not visible later.
But there are many reviews which are positive. I want my hard earned money back from this cheating company.
