I have ordered a product which is a churidar suit on 11 -12-2021( charvitha designer dress dupatta -537(variant-s) with order id :#CS 1494-321. I got message into my email id regarding tracking order and delivery details. The product was delivered to me on 19 Dec 2021. Cash was paid on delivery.when I opened my product it was a saree which was useless .I connected the delivery boy and he ask me to give for return . As per their return policy, we have to mail them and they will give the response ([email protected]). I have mail them several times stating my problem and return or refund. But no response so far. I also have message them in messenger they have seen the message but no response .I also have connected the delivery boy he is also not picking up the phone. They are frauds and cheating the people. A lot of good reviews are available in facebook pages with a good rating scale regarding their products.this often misleads the poor people.please take necessary action against them . If possible please provide me with compensation for loss that I have been incurred. Take necessary action against them so that no one else be suffered and cheated by them.

In logo ne sabke 800 rs liye h inhe to shiv shambhu narak me b jagah na de pta nhi kaun kaise kamata h par in log ek rs ke liye taras jaye i never complaint but whenever I do mahakal will see now I m tension free.
