I purchased 4 air tickets it had a mistake of Mr. and MRS.with same name . That time the travel agent sent four ticket where two tickets had same TICKET number then I complained them about the problem.with the ticket and told them to change the ticket where there was a mistake of Mr. and MRS that time they told us this problem cannot be solved by them it has to be solved by the airline customer service but immediately the travel agent sent four serially ticket number . We called the travel agent to know how did he do this we did not get any response and our ticket got cancelled whole money was a waste.
