On December 6, 2020 I placed an online order for a casual sweatshirt. The color was black and the size was 4 XL. It is usually quite challenging for me to locate any apparel —– activewear, blouses, dresses, slacks, even sweatshirts. Although I often visit specialty stores which maintain a credible reputation for carrying the latest clothing styles for heavyset women such as myself, I am often disappointed. Either there are no size 4 XL items. Sometimes the clothing they do have is not very attractive or suitable for my taste. So you can imagine my delight at finding a size 4 XL sweatshirt on your website. The Order No is HBIE0016079912/5/2020 20:45:57. The total price was $32.48 — Sub Total: $24.66, Coupon Discount: $6.17, Standard Shipping: $13.99. When the sweatshirt did not arrive, I looked on your website, and it stated that the item had ” expired”. When my VISA statement arrived, I was shocked to discover that you had still charged me the total price, $32.48 even though I never received it. For some unknown reason, the VISA statement recorded the charge as $32.47. But that minimal amount is not the real issue here. I only mentioned it because I wanted to provide you with all the information that I have. I submitted a Complaint Registration Form before, but I did not receive a response. So this is my second attempt. If the sweatshirt has “expired”, please refund my payment to my VISA card ending in the four numbers 3551 as soon as possible. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Also, I look forward to hearing from you in a prompt manner. Thank you very much.
