LG 4K UHDR 43" TV
I had purchased LG 43″ 4K UHDR TV from CHROMA.
Had called CROMA SERVICE CENTER – many a times before warranty was expired,
Their Contact Number: 7207-666-000 phone calls between 25th June 2020 till 15th July 2020 shows “sorry, we are currently running with limited staff”
This is not my problem and multiple calls were logged during this period, I am at no fault and replace my defective Panel. I hope their service center people are intelligent enough – no need to send reminder emails too.
This TV is worth 89,000 Rs and I had faced this issue within 2 years of Use,
now company is not ready to support for defective panel replacement.
