OID42026 i ordered a combo of xiaomi 10400 mah powerbank and a sandisk 8gb memory card. the order i got was a xiaomi 10400 powerbank and a samsung 9000 mah powerbank and Mp3 player none of the items were original the casing was already broken and the products didn’t work i tried dialling numbers none of them were operating. i want my money to be refund

I have ordered a combo product MI 10400mah power bank & 8gb sandisk memory card on offer price Rs.499/- & 100/-cash on dilivery charge from chupchaplelo.com with Order Id- OID42538 on 19-12-2015. But the product i recieved was duplicate, fake, breakage in product and not working. Its useless.
I Requst u to kindly take some action othrwise i will take some bad action.
Either u changed the product or u return my money as soon as possible.
